After learning to fly in 2020 I quickly learned there was a thriving aviation community! Everywhere I turned kind people were encouraging me to learn, travel and fly more. During this time I learned about Wings of Mercy and thought it was an amazing solution to a problem I have thankfully not experienced. I can’t begin to understand the pressure and stress that patients and their families are facing. Why should travel be one more stressor? I feel blessed to be able to fly and am excited to participate, in a very small way, in making someone else’s day better.
