  • I'm A Pilot, How Do I Register To Participate?

    Fill out the pilot registration form here. Once you have registered, your pilot profile will be created and appear on the website 24-48 hours later. Once your profile is active, you will receive an email stating your profile is 'Delivered'. At this time you will be able to visit the website and see your profile.


    To share your profile with friends and family on social media, just copy and paste the browser link at the top of your profile page. 

  • I'm an Airport, How Do I List My Events?

    To register the events or share the information you are planning on for the event, please fill out the Airport Info Registration Form


    Once you have filled out that form, your airport profile page will be built and live within 24-48 hours. 


    If you need to update any information on your page after it is created, please use the same form to commiunicate with the web developers.

  • I'm A Pilot, How Do I Get Sponsors?

    After you have received the email confiming delivery of your registration, go to the 'Sponsor A Pilot' page and select your profile.


    Copy and paste the link to your profile to send you friends and family via text, email or social media.

  • How Do I Find Out What Is Happening At Each Airport?

    To see the events happening at each airport, click on the Airports tab in the menu. The airports which are listed in the drop down have submitted events to the web developer to list on the website.


    Click on the airport you want to visit and you will be directed to the specific events at that airport along with contact information for that airport.
